Neugebauer GmbH offers Care and Nursing services for Elderly and disabled people in need of care.

Ambulanter Plegedienst Neugebauer needed a new website and SEO optimisation to attract prospective clients and convert them into new business leads.

We were tasked with re-designing and modernizing an existing website for our client Ambulanter Plegedienst Neugebauer in Munich, we created and implemented the new website, that breathed a new sense of maturity into the company’s online presence, aiming to provide visitors with the best user experience. The revised web site design is bolder focusing more not only on how the user navigates through to each section, but also the company’s achievements enabling their work and accreditation to speak for itself.

Redefining for mobile devices

The website has been built considering mobile-first – ensuring the content was easy-to-read with bursts of bite-sized sections and interesting navigation to help the reader through to relevant articles.

UX/UI Design

User Experience

One of the key challenges of this redesign was repairing the high bounce rate and decreasing conversions. A considered user exerience was key to ensure the correct balance of promoting the company brand and explaining key features and services. We
performed a full user experience audit, highlighting issues and opportunities within each section of the site with a view to increasing the rate of conversions.

The website’s ‘call to action’ points are now interspersed in strategic locations throughout the site, helping nudge people in the right direction. Each visitor’s journey from when they first land on the site, to filling in a contact form is accounted for, with emphasis on keeping the journey effortless and concise.
