FAQ
What do you use to set up contracts and payments?
We will invite you to a secure escrow platform where your fund will be protected and not released to us until the work is done. Setting up a contract and invoice is just a few clicks away!
Where are you based?
We’re currently in Germany but we work with clients around the world. We’ve been doing this since 2010.
Do you prefer to do hourly or fixed-price?
We always prefer fixed-price contracts as they allow us to be as creative as we can and ensure no surprises in the billing. However, there are also some occasions where hourly suits us best
What does your typical design & development process look like?
We usually go from: discovery call/chat > resource gathering > wireframes > high-fidelity mockups > website build & launch.
How many rounds of revisions do you allow each stage?
All our quotes will usually include 2 rounds of revisions. These are plenty to delivery satisfactory results. If you need more, we can discuss it as well.
Do you do SEO?
We can set up basic SEO settings for your site if requested. For comprehensive SEO work, we will refer to our SEO expert.
